I was very pleased with the work done. They arrived promptly and completed all tasks with a minimum of interaction with me.

The service was fine and the technician was efficient and explained everything that he did.

The technician, Jose, came on time and did a wonderful job. He was also nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me a lot of the technical details so I could understand them. My furnace was repaired and is now functioning well ever since. The inspection was paid with an Angie's List coupon but since my furnace was not working well it needed the tune up. I purchased the one year maintenance agreement because it was quite interesting and included the tune up (the price shown here includes everything). Jose also gave me some precious advice about how some of the air in and out vents are not ideally located in my basement. I am going to have this changed as part of my upcoming basement remodeling project. I really felt Sila was a reliable company.

I had a little bit of problem with something else, he came back and tried to take care of that for me. Something else happened, so I was like you know what I'm not calling them back. I'm not sure what's going on with that. My dishwasher wasn't even involved, but when I turned it on there's water everywhere. The faucet looks beautiful, and it works, he did what I contacted them to do. He took extra time on trying to get it right. He didn't bother to charge me extra because the faucet did not work, it did not fit, he could not do it. He worked with it until it was where it needed to be.

He took care of the problem and did not charge me. They came out immediately. They made sure it was done right.

Everything went great till I asked for additional services. I spoke with them on several occasions and no one ever called me nack.

They did a very good job and I have not had any problems since. I would definitely use them again.

Sila was able to install a new water heater the afternoon we moved into our house. They were prompt, professional, and informative. Angie's List had a great deal (perhaps not meant for our location). $749 for a 50-Gallon Gas Water Heater Installation.

It was very, very good. They were very good. One person came. It took about 30 to 45 minutes. Left the area very clean.

They informed me in advance that I would need and exchange tank due to my local building code requirements for an extra fee. I knew this was the case, so I wasn't surprised. They called and were finishing a job around the corner early and gave me the option of them coming an hour early, which was great. It was a straightforward installation, and they finished in under an hour. It was a two person team, they were polite, professional, and didn't make a mess; even though it was wet outside and they came around to the back to access the basement. So far the unit is working as expected after a couple weeks; a marked improvement over the 15 year old unit. Angie's Deal $750 + $150 for exchange tank; which was $400 less than I paid for the same heater & tank three years earlier in a previous home.

Used them twice - one for the initial diagnostics and then to replace the condensing board (sp?). I felt the price was very fair and both service technicians were punctual, professional, and educated me a bit about the system. They were honest and did not recommend anything other than what absolutely needed fixing. I would absolutely hire them again and would feel secure knowing they would only charge me for the work that needed to be done.

They came in time, installed the boiler But when I had to pay, the bill was 150$ higher than the angie list coupon, They explained me that the boiler needed an extra part, And when they where about to leaf, I smelled gaz , and after checking, which they ( 3 people!!) did not do before, they found a gaz leak!! Not very professionel,

It was great. Very professional. I have a service contract with Sila for hvac. I am very pleased with their work.

He spent more than an hour trying to snake the drain several different ways but was unsuccessful due to the complex plumbing. He recommended putting a camera down the drain on a separate appointment to see where the line blockage was as well as to better understand how the plumbing was run. The clog eventually went away and the camera wasn't needed but I would definitely use them again. The plumber was thorough and very professional.

Service turned out alright. I liked the plumber, he was very nice and explained things to me so that I could understand. The only issue was the part they brought was materially different then the part it was replacing. Because of that it didn't fit properly and he ended up having to re do my plumbing situation to make the part fit. So now my situation looks like a snake when it used to look straight. It took a extra two hours of work, which I wasn't charged for. They had to come back out because I had a leaking pipe when they were done. I ended up buying a service plan from them.

Excellent. They were late, but called to let me know. Took about 1 hour.

They did not call to make an appointment but just showed up at our door! We went with it and they were done in about 2 hours. They were friendly and helpful and did other work that needed to be done. Very polite.

Was able to arrange an appointment at my time and tech showed up within the timeframe. We discussed one additional cost to make the unit more modern as the old unit was over 15 years old. He was very pleasant and there were no additional surprises. Asked him another question I was having with a toilet and he answered without hesitation- much appreciated. Would use them again.

They finished the work to our complete satisfaction. They gave me clear answers to all questions I had.

The first person from Sila who came said i did not need to have the water heater flushed; but it turned out when the water heater was removed several weeks later by another company it had a lot of sediment and weighed a lot, making it difficult to remove. He also didn't fix the toilet downstairs; I had to have another person come out to redo it. The second person did a better job.
