Service person did a totally professional job in cleaning the outside unit, checking on the overall operation of the system- outside and the air handler inside, checked the level of coolant and made sure that the unit was operating efficiently by checking the current draw. A complete job was satisfactorily performed.

I was offered a same day appointment and appreciate their effort. The technician completed his visit in a timely manner. I didn't receive the email receipt that was expected

Sila credited the $89 I previously paid from the 15-point check towards the cost of the repair. They had someone out to do the check fairly quickly and then the repair as soon as the part was available. Unfortunately, we needed a fan replacement (expensive) but Sila was quick and professional. I would hire again.

Not great.. I felt like even before they started they were looking for ways to up charge me. Telling me that I would need an expansion tank if i don't have. When they saw my expansion tank they said it would need replacing...(additional $150) then i had some PVC pipes in the way (which really easy to re-route) and they would have to charge me an additional $1200 to move these items (probably 1 to 2 hrs (max) worth of work. This is addition to the $750 I paid for the angies list coupon... No thank you! I found someone else with reasonable prices

They were every professional, and efficient. They answered all my questions. There was also no hard sell of any kind.

Regular maintenance was performed. I was expecting some feed back and did they any. Otherwise it was ok!

They never provided a report of the condition of the system, nor of what work was done. That was despite my calling more than once to the sales manager requesting information.

Not good at all. Called 5/02/2017 received service 05/18/2017 The special agreement was that I would receive the tune up which included diagnosis and inspection, tune up and 1 lb of Freon. What I got was a diagnosis, inspection, and a recommendation for a coil replacement and no Freon. I understood the coil had a leak and it needed replacement but there was no Freon added even just to see if it would have any positive result. I was told by the tech there was no use adding freon because the coil is leaking. I said ok. Give me a quote on replacing the coil. I got a quote for over $3100 for a coil replacement part that only costed (after doing my research) at the most $500.00. So I would be charged over $2500.00 for labor and any additional materials. I was also told the tech added freon by the office personnel who was not there. She told me basically that if the agreement was that freon would be added then it was. The tech did not add the freon based on the conversation that was had about it not making a difference and the fact they were going to provide me with an quote. Also, on the invoice I received there was no mention of freon being added. The other cost were added( labor and travel) but there was no mention of the addition of freon. There was a mention of the quote request. I got the impression they either didn't want to do the job or they were being dishonest, otherwise the matter would not have been handled the way it was. I was also told the part would be hard to find which was a contributing factor for the cost that was quoted. I researched and found out from the manufacturer, that if there was a request from the dealer to expedite (which even though I was told they did not make the model coil anymore) then the coil could be delivered to the company a lot sooner than I was told it would take. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from using this company because maybe your experience will be better than mine. That's your decision to make.

The technician came to my house did the diagnostic. He also did not include the 1 pound of refrigerant which was stated on the deal that I purchased. He said there's no need to add the refrigerant because the coil needed to be replaced because it has a leaks and oil coming from the coil and that he will be calling back with the estimate. They called me the following day with the $3100 estimate, upon my research, i found that the part was only going to cost around $350. The guy told me that the reason why it's going to cost that much was because they don't make that parts anymore and it will be hard to find. I called the manufacturer and they said they still make them.

I've used them for a long time. I've had a very good experience with them. I've been a customer for five years. Well, I got a new HVAC, so it's actually a different kind of fee. Usually, they have good pricing to expect customers to get their HVAC customers to get their HVAC serviced earlier in the year. So, they really run good promotions so you can do that. They have good service contracts, and I think they have fair or competitive pricing for repairs and new installs.

The job went well; however, many of the services that were listed that I thought would be done were not - I was told that because my AC was over ten years old they could not perform over half of the services listed on the flyer. I wouldn't hire again for AC tune-up because they don't provide all the services listed on the flyer for older AC units; however, the person that did the work explained to me what was required.

They’ve actually installed a new furnace for my house. They also come out to do preventive maintenance and service on them. I’ve been using them for a couple of years now. They’re my go to people. They are also very fair and they send out specials. Especially at the beginning of the season, if you get an earlier appointment for the maintenance, they give you a discount. They are extremely professional.

Everything was working well. I actually signed up for their maintenance package. The individual that came out was pretty professional and pretty open. I had discussed a problem with him and he was pretty straight forward and informative on the issue. He didn't really try to sell me on anything. I actually asked him about the maintenance deal and he said "Yeah, I can sign you up for that." He was pretty easy to work with.

He was prompt, quick and professional. Diagnosed the problem, fixed it and left. Would definitely hire again!

The work was done flawlessly by a master plumber, David and his assistant. They did not rush but took time to carry out the work thoroughly. They were professional and courteous. David was knowledgeable with many years of experience. I would definitely turn to Sila Plumbing for all my future work. Highly recommend this dependable and trustworthy company for plumbing work.

They did a great job. They were informative and helpful. They had someone in training on the call. The supervisor was very professional and supportive to the trainee. It was nice to see.

My 20-year old water heater started leacking slowly from the bottom so I researched deals on Angie's list to get the water heater replaced. I selected Sila's coupon based on their ratings. On Wednesday, I sent a communication through their website to request information on possible timing but did not get an answer right away so I decided to call the next day. They answered the phone quickly. Initially I had only seen the 40-gallon coupon ($740), so the person on the phone indicated that a 50-gallon would cost more than $1500 no discount available) so I told him I would think about it. Going back to the website, I realized they had a deal for $1149 for a 50-gallon tank, so I called back. This time Rachel answered the phone. She was very pleasant and helpful and gave me an initial appointment on Monday saying that Friday was fully booked but she also indicated that in case there was a cancellation, they could schedule me earlier. She requested my email so I could sent them pictures of my water heater and surroundings so they could prepare for the appointment accordingly. A few hours later, they called me to indicate that they had a cancellation and could come Friday, between 8:00 and 9:00 AM which I accepted right away (lucky me). Dane and Andrew came on time, performed the work seamlessly explaining what was to be done (addition of the expansion tank required as indicated in the coupon). They were very courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job, added a carbon monoxide detector and left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I want to command Rachael, Dane, and Raphael for their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

STELLAR! Over the past several years have paid M&S to fix one of my 3 units to no avail, and was told needed new unit. SILA performed their comprehensive tuned maintenance and unit works beautifully. SILA found that the sensors just needed proper cleaning. I love these folks!!
