On. July 3rd, Sila called at 7:35 am and offered 1:00 pm appointment. I quickly agree to the appointment. The scheduler called back and informedw me that the tech would arrive at 11:00 am. GREAT! Keith arrived on tiime and diagnosis the problem. He informed me that a dual capacitor had to be replaced. The cost would be $365 for repair and replacement. Also, $98.00 service charge. Total charge $463.00. Keith reappeared in the family room and informed us that the freon levels were low and we would need a freon leak check,$365; also 2 to 4 lbs of freon at $105 per pound may be needed by the AC unit. Potential total repair costs was $1100 to $1248!!!! I called the main office to discuss the cost of repairs with Johnathan ( I believe that was his name). He explained that was their list prices and was reasonable within the industry. The three of us discussed an alternative approach to the original repairs. We decided on: $98.00 - service charge $335.00 - dual capacitor $250.00 - freon leak stop sealant $210.00 - 2lbs of freon A 10% frequent customer discount ($89.30) Total bill was. $805.00 The service was courteous, professional and timely. We had AC after one day of downtime. However, I feel the rates were a bit high based on internet searches of prices for similar jobs.

The technician showed up on time and performed the inspection and added the refrigerant. We talked about the HVAC unit status and he adviced me about cleaning and maintenace. My unit is 18 years old and I was adviced to replace it 2 years ago (by a different company) when I first moved in to my condo. The technician seem knowledgable and sincere. I decided to have both the motor and fan cleaned and the technician performed the service on the same day. I also decided to make a separate appointment to clean the coils as it takes 1/2 a day to get that done. I am very satisfied with the advice and service provided.

The service went well. The technician was very prompt and called ahead of time to let me know they were in route. They did a thorough inspection and provided me the detailed diagnosis. I also received an electronic invoice so that I know my next steps as far as required services. I would definitely hire them again.

They were supposed to be running a special for $59. They were supposed to send me a receipt but I never got a receipt from them. I charged it on my credit card but I have to wait for my statement to come to see the cost. They came one time. He was nice. The guy's name was Joey. He had a very nice personality and was very professional. I would use them again.

Fine. They found a small amount of sediment. Recommended that I flush every other year. Service Rep. was prompt and courteous. Did his job and cleaned up afterwards, Happy to have them return for other work.

On time (actually a few minutes early) and professional.

Tech showed up early for appointment which was fine but didn't call to confirm new time; had lost key for locks on condenser lines and had to reschedule to complete check. Tech was very nice and knowledgable- gave a tip on cleaning some mildew on inside unit. Would have liked more information on voltage and pressures vs. the final statement that unit checks out fine. I like a more detailed evaluation in writing/email so that I can compare values from year to year which can highlight potential issues if something needs attention.

Very well. The hot water heater had been making a clanking noise. The technician clearly explained what the problem was and what further steps mighty bed needed.

Great!. I have an old system that needs nursing to keep running. Billy arrived early, was efficient, etc. I will ask for him next year when I get my annual servicing. This was the 2nd time that I have used SILA, and I intend to keep using them. I also liked that Billy put covers on his shoes to make sure that no dirt was tracked in.

The company was very responsive in selecting one of the days that I had requesting in my initial purchase. The day of they called me in the morning to tell me that they were having some difficulty due to a tech calling out sick, but they managed to complete the service that day when I told them I really needed it done since I had taken off work myself. The tech, Billy, arrived a little outside the original window, but they again called and warned me that he would be a little later and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Check went well and I didn't feel as if I was pressured into buying things I didn't need. I'd definitely call them again if I needed anything.

Really well. Talked me through what all the safety and pressure wire connections and did a thorough servicing and inspection.

Jose was punctual, professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. This is the second time we've used Sila and will continue to do so in the future.

Great! Someone was out within the hour, traced the problem within minutes, replaced a big fat (swollen) capacitor in the condenser unit, and boom! Cool again. Very prompt, congenial, local, reasonable price.
