Great! They had an Angie's list special on replacement, but Angie's list website said special was not available in my area. When I called the office directly, Lindsay said they would honor the price. Better yet, they were available the next day which was really helpful since I was without hot water! Josh and Jeff even arrived a little early. They did a wry professional looking job in a fairly tight space. The water heater was a 40 gallon which replaced an old 30 gallon one so it was a tight fit. Now have more and hotter water than ever before.

Very well. I was concerned that I had a refrigerant leak and the technician said it was fine and explained what he did to check the level. Technician was professional, punctual, friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. I prefer working with smaller companies and will definitely use them this winter when I replace my 18 year old builder's grade furnance.

He was away from the house for at least 45 minutes or an hour getting the part, so there was another little task that i wanted also for him to do, but the time didn't alott because he had all that time away from the house and I didn't like that. When I called to tell him what I needed, he didn't come prepared. He went like 30 minutes away each way. We didn't know that. He went way out the way to get what he needed and two hours wasn't enough time. I didn't like that at all. I had to pay for that rod and I can't remember how much it was. He did not do the 2 jobs that I wanted to have done. He didn't have time to do it. He took 40 or 45 minutes away from the scene. I didn't like that. It's still working. Could he have done anything better? That, I don't know. I am not a plumber. I wasn't home at the time. My husband was. My husband called me wanting to know what happened. He said, "He's not here." That's how I knew about the time he was gone. My husband called me. I said, "Oh, my goodness." I couldn't get here. i had an appointment outside the home. I don't remember if he was here on time. The two hours start from the time he came to my house. I don't like what this person did.

They came and did the job, and it was good. I've used them for a while.

It was fine. It was good. The ended up selling me a whole thing, instead of the deal. They said, instead of that deal you can have the whole service plan. They kind of ripped me in a little bit. They were good. They were professional. They came on time. I have no knowledge of that kind of thing. The guy went into the basement, and did some things. The professionalism, and the courtesy. The people they send are normal and friendly, which isn't always the case. Nothing to improve on. We have a contract with them.

I contacted Sila and, as agreed on the initial telephone contact, the next day one of their technicians came to the house. Prior to his arrival, I was contacted and advised of the approximate time of arrival. Mr. Bollon checked the system and got the compressor going, He also provided me with a diagnosis on the condition of the furnace and air conditioner compressor. I was very satisfied with the expeditious response and professionalism. Will recommend and will use again, if required.

The appointment was at 8 am and the technician rang my bell at 7:58 am!!! I was very happy. The technician was courteous, professional and explained the work. He went to work right away and cleaned up the work area afterwards. I am would highly recommend this company.

O.K. Basically he just borrowed a hose from me and drained my water heater into my sink.

They suggested a lot of expensive work on a 4 year old system, never submitted detailed estimates. Pushed to set up the order right away. Other contractors didn't confirm their conclusions. The system is working just fine.

AC unit stopped working in my condo on Sunday. Called Sila Monday morning and technician Joey came out that day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and quoted the cost for repair. He ordered the needed part and returned on Wednesday to complete the repair in less than two hours. The only thing that topped Joey's polite, efficient, professional service was the constant communication and updates from the lady who called to give a 30-45 minute heads up of his arrival at my property. This was an easy, stress-free experience and I really appreciate the great service.
