The company is very good at getting in touch with the client and is always on top of things so that the best service is provided. I would highly recommend SILA over any other local HVAC company in the area. I have tried other HVAC service companies before and by far SILA has them beat, great price, honest estimates, and timely service.

Fabulously!! Billy was very knowledgeable and helpful and thorough. Very honest and didn’t try to sell me anything. Billy was also very punctual, respectful and pleasant. A true delight!! I used this company a few years ago and they were terrific then, too. I’m having them service my son’s home next week and will schedule them for another property shortly. Sila has now become my “go to” company for any heating and A/C issues.

The technician was on time for the appointment. He performed the services however did not provide much detail about the service performed. He advised that we start looking to replace but did not provide a reason or additional information.

From start to finish, this was a great experience. Everyone I spoke with from Sila was kind, friendly, and professional. I contacted them both via phone and via the Angie's list messaging on the app. Joel helped me to schedule the service in a timeframe that worked for my family, and was really kind and patient. I had many questions and am unfamiliar with my AC, but he didn't talk down to me at all. Lindsay from Sila reached out to see if the technician, Justin, could come early. When does that ever happen?? I'm used to companies coming late if they bother to show at all. He performed the service with my husband at home and while I was at work. Then Justin was very patient with me when I called to follow up and ask questions that my husband had forgotten to ask. I am so impressed with this company and am thinking of getting their maintenance plan.

Easy to schedule, staff was professional and work was done well.

It went well, as a matter of fact, it was the A/C service man (the owner) noticed that needed to replace my water tank. If it wasn't for him I don't know what other problem I would have been facing in the long-run.

The technician was punctual, neat, (he wore booties so that he would not track dirt inside from the outside), and he replaced the malfunctioning thermostat and also serviced the furnace as well as the heat pump. He cleaned up his work area and explained what he did and also what the service agreement comprised. It was a professional and satisfying experience. We will definitely continue to use Sila based on today's work.

It was pleasant, because they gave me options on when they could come, called before the agent arrived , he was quick and professional, and did a great job.

Purchased deal for tune up. Tech arrived on time and was professional. Found a rusted out heat exchanger so he recommended I not use the furnace and turned off the gas. I have since gotten approval from home warranty company to get it replaced. I would definitely use SILA in the future.

The repair went well but I have grave doubts about their billing practices. I purchased a yearly contract for roughly $70. Its benefits included a reduced cost for a service call : $49 and a 10% reduction for parts etc. When the service person arrived and finished his work he informed me that there was a "diagnosis" charge at $305 per hour. ( In my mind a pretty expensive rate.) No where was I initially informed there was such a charge when I purchased my service contract. I found it strange that this charge was not part of the $49 initial visit charge.. With regard to the parts charge, i received a bill with no indication that the 10% discount was applied. There was no break out of the parts charge showing the original cost and the alleged 10% reduction. I questioned the bill because i was leery that any discount was really applied. It may have been but I had no way of knowing. The whole transaction felt suspicious to me. The saving grace was that the repair person was excellent and did his work in a professional manner. Wish I could say the same for their billing practices. Thanks

We have an old boiler system. We called someone else first and he was incompetent. Sila had to come out to fix what was wrong.

I do recall my dealing with them was pretty satisfactory. The guy came over and did take a look at some stuff and did a nice job. So, I happy with their service. I don't believe he charged me any more than the big deal price. It was simple. I think it was $100.

Overall, it was good. The only disappointment was when the technician made a recommendation for a "fix" that contradicted other companies' advice. Furthermore, the "fix" came with a price of over $100, yet was a service usually performed as included with the seasonal service fee by other companies I used.

Excellent service. The Technician, Billy was very professional, explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

The tech (Billy) was friendly and knew his stuff, and the repair went quickly. The only issue I have is the price. I was charged $98 for the diagnosis, which took about 5 minutes, $300 for a capacitor replacement which took about 15-20 minutes (part online cost of $10), and $50 for a furnace check. I was happy with Billy. He went out of his way to explain things and squeezed in a furnace check while he was here. But $450 for a $10 part and an hour of labor is excessive.
