Description of Work: The technician was very polite and worked quickly. However, when he got into the inside of the furnace he stated that the company had to charge another $75 to actually clean off the fan. Thus, I ended up paying double what was originally advertised. I feel that this was a bait-and-switch.

Description of Work: I just asked them to do an independent assessment of whether we needed a new furnace, which we had been told by Presidential Heating and AC. They confirmed this, and then I went back to Presidential to install the furnace. The charge was only the standard amount for approximately 45 minutes of consultation.
