My water heater was to old and rusted for the technician to work on the water heater. The technician tried multiple times but couldn't clean out my water tank. They gave me a refund and didn't have a problem.

This service was very straight forward, but I had a follow up issue and decided to use another company.

Excellent quality installation. I discussed the particulars of the job with the tech. to make sure we're on the same page. The installation went smooth.

Sila gets a D because they’re greedy and anti-competitive. It would have been an F except for the friendly serviceman. Our furnace died on a weekend, but a worker showed up for $200. He jiggled a wire and the furnace came on, but he said it will soon fail. His rough estimate to install a new circuit board was $550. I called the office on Monday to ask for the catalog number of the part so I could get a competitive bid. They won't do that because it’s “policy.” They won't tell me the part number. What purpose does their “policy” serve except to prevent me from getting another bid? Either I pay them their new price of of an additional $700 to fix it or I pay for another company to come out and tell me the part number before they can give me their competitive estimate. I paid Sila good money for that very information! Think about it. The only conceivable purpose for their so-called “policy” is anti-competitive greed. Are there any more unwritten Sila “policies?” When Sila says “policy,” it translates to “if you don't like it, go stuff it.” If only I'd known…

Met with salesman, Chris Martin, on Thursday evening as I had several estimates lined up through the weekend, starting with Sila. Chris was knowledgeable and pleasant and did not go the "high pressure selling" route like most would. I felt comfortable with Chris and thought the estimate was fair, especially considering they could come out the next morning to begin the work. Dave Gascon, project lead, and his crew showed up one time and immediately got to work. They were very professional and provided updates on the work throughout the day. After the full-day install, Dave took the time to explain the system to my wife and I. We are both beyond pleased with the level of professionalism, quality and value we've received from Sila. Will use them again for sure!

Just starting to get cold so I didn't realize that my furnace wasn't on when technician came to do a boiler tune-up. He worked to figure out the problem quickly and showed me what the problem was. He was able to resolved the problem but let me know that the part might be going bad and suggested that I think about getting it replaced. He then did a tune-up and was able to show me how my expansion tank was full and needed to be drained, which he did. I have had this boiler for 6 years and get a tune-up annually but he was the first technician to identify that the expansion tank should be drained annually. He also did a write-up with suggestions about what parts might need to be replaced in the near future but gave me no pressure that it had to be done right away. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about his job and gave great customer service. Would definitely recommend him again.

The technician was professional and through. He made sure to wear shoe protectors and use a sheet, as well as cleaned up after he was done.

Great. We had the heater installed about four years ago and figured it was due for a flushing. A neighbor's hot water heater just failed and flooded his basement, so thought it was time to have ours checked. Technician arrived on time and got to work. After the job was done we discussed preventive maintenance measures. I'd use them again. I thought the price was fair and the service very professional.

Called on a Friday morning and they were able to come out by Monday afternoon. They gave me a 3-5 PM window and arrived by 3:10, which I really appreciated. Billy, the tech, was fantastic -- friendly, worked quickly, and showed me the state of the furnace. Great experience all around - I'll definitely call them again in the spring when it's time to get my AC going!

It was fixed right away and they looked that the sinks in the bathroom ad kitchen as well.

Great. Billy arrived on time, was very thorough and professional. This was the first time anyone included filters (I know they only cost $10 dollars but still a nice touch). Checked for gas leaks outside of unit. Thoroughly vacuumed unit which other companies did not do during inspection, they just brushed off components. Inspected humidifier and showed me why components still okay. I will call again if I have any issues in future with A/C or Air Con. Neighbors recommended Sila and now I can see why. Thanks.
