Description of Work: We initially contacted them about insufficient ducting to our addition. The were punctual, friendly and professional. We ended up putting in a separate unit in the addition and upgraded our entire HVAC system and water heater. The tankless water heater was a challenging install due to space limitations. They completed the work and we couldn't be more pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone!

Description of Work: I needed help with a very old radiator and the fact that I felt the radiators were not hot enough. The boiler specialist at Sila was AWESOME. This young man, Juan, really knew his stuff. I am so happy and warm! The Sila staff is friendly and professional: punctual as well as careful about floors and dirt. I am not sure how they compare to other companies regarding pricing.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a multi-zone heating thermostat problem that a number of others couldn't identify. Obtained parts and installed properly during a second visit (there was a wait for parts, not Sila's fault). The tech, Joey, was careful and neat. Phone scheduling was very pleasant. Overall a good job and we were very satisfied. Pricing was fair.
