Description of Work: They told me that it would cost $600 to repair, when I had someone else to fix it, for much less, and it was, not even the problem that they said it was! Costing hundreds! Less to repair!

Description of Work: The repairman checked our air conditioning system, as we had gotten a discount on an annual checkup: coolant level, air handler, etc. My only complaint is that he seemed eager to sell us other products/services (clean out the drip pipe and get a new condenser) at what seemed to me pretty expensive rates.

Description of Work: The technician arrived early so I invited him in. He was very professional. He replaced a failed capacitor on the external air conditioner after showing me the price and getting my approval and then tested the system and checked the pressures. |This is the second time I have used this company. I highly recommend them as both times the work has been excellent and the price fair.

Description of Work: We had water flooding out below our heater when our air conditioner was running. The repairman arrived on time, made a quick diagnosis, made the repair quickly and efficiently, did an inspection of both my heater and air conditioner to make sure that everything was running efficiently, and gave me an assessment of the overall health of my HVAC system. I did not do a price comparison on the part that needed replacing, so I can not fairly comment on its reasonableness. But I'm very pleased with the work and professionalism of the technician.
