Description of Work: Drained and flushed hot water heater. |However when a leak occurred a few days later which was on the weekend they did not respond until Monday although I left messages on their emergency number. When they did call and apologized for the delayed response I explained that I had called another service and they had rectified the problem. The leak was not because of Sila's service but was related to something else.

Description of Work: The seasonal furnace check service was executed without any concerns. Concerns arose when the technician reported a potential problem with an induction motor. The technician suggested that both units be replaced and that they were under warranty. When I contacted their office about the labor cost for replacement of both, I was quoted $750 for labor alone. I contacted another HVAC provider and I am getting the one unit replaced for $120. A huge difference - that is why my score for professionalism went down for Sila. Otherwise, I've been happy with their seasonal maintenance.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job for a very good price and were very professional. The only problem was with scheduling them. They said they would be at my house between a two hour period on a Friday and they did not show up nor call. When I called them, they said the guy was 45 minutes way and could come later. I could not stay so I rescheduled for the following Tuesday. They did come on time then and the guy was very responsive, wiling to explain the whole procedure and did an excellent job. |I would use them again.
