Description of Work: Inspected HVAC system. Sila was very professional and did exactly what we asked them to do. We were concerned because our new thermostat was giving us warnings that the furnace was malfunctioning. When Sila inspected the unit the they found a crack in the heat exchange, and showed us the crack. We utilized an Angie's list special through Sila and replaced the furnace. Very happy with Sila, and the installation was great as well.

Description of Work: They did a hot water heater flush and were attentive to additional needs. Turns out I needed a whole system flush, which the technician graciously did. He wanted 'to make sure the problem was fixed.' So nice to have clear hot water running from my bathtub again!

Description of Work: Sila fixed a problem with my heating system that a previous provider had not been able to address. While they were here, they also installed a Nest thermostat. Another firm had told me that I couldn't have installed without extensive, expensive, and disruptive new wiring. Sila did it in 15 minutes, with no disruption. They were great.
