Description of Work: The technician was nice; however, he tried to tell me I needed a water heater which I knew I didn't. It just needed to be flushed. | |Without my permission, he placed a emblem\logo of their company on my heater, and it cannot be removed because of the ahesive. I did not appreciate that, and I will not be using their service again. Who did he think he was to display their company logo without asking me.

Description of Work: I requested they come to confirm that the recent blizzard had not done any damage to one of my two heating/air conditioning units (I have two zones in my house, the upstairs and downstairs; this was for the upstairs unit). The technician arrived a bit ahead of schedule and immediately got to work. He was very courteous and professional and I was extremely pleased with the service. Thankfully there was nothing wrong with the unit, so I only needed to pay the fee for the visit. I would definitely call on Sila in the future.

Description of Work: Excellent young man. not only did he do as requested (flush out the hot water heater), but he showed me how to do it and also fixed a glitch in the humidifier water feed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Performed 21 point inspection of furnace . Eric the tech arrived punctually. He was very professional and courteous. Cleaned lines, tested for output(heat flow; response time to temperature changes, etc), checked thermostat functionally, put in new filter, explain each step and what the optimum expectations were. Explain other services the company could provide. Overall a very positive experience and outstanding customer service.
