Description of Work: Got my furnace running again after it kept cutting off. First Sila technician didn't get all the leaves out of the intake on March 1st. Furnace stopped running again. Called Sila. They sent a second team who diagnosed the problem and cleared the intake. Sila forgave the $59 furnace check-up charge you advertised but I still spent $200 more on the deal than I had planned.

Description of Work: Left house very cold after furnace repair; had to wait up to 3 days before finally getting correct adjustment, being miserably chilly.

Description of Work: SILA repaired an outside unit on 5/26/16 for $999.68. The unit was dysfunctional again in July. No guarantee on this repair. Said we needed a new unit. We purchased a new unit for $7,441.00 on July 28th. In Jan/Feb. the unit started making noises and our renters have a new baby. Neighbors were not too happy either abut the noise. Apparently the unit frame was bent (perhaps by snow/ice falling on it?) and the fan was hitting the side. They said someone must have stood on the unit and bent it. Really? Why would my renters do that?--plus the condo is a gated community and a fenced-in area. Said it could not be repaired under our one year warranty since someone must have bent the frame of the until, and they couldn't guarantee the fan wouldn't hit the side if only the frame were repaired. Why couldn't they repair both? Said a new unit was required (AGAIN) but would only charge me cost for it--$1,750. Gee thanks! So generous when you don't respect warranties. They don't respect their maintenance agreements, and they are not professional to deal with. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are punctual when it comes to collecting your money.

Description of Work: They were very professional. This is the first time a contractor set up a meeting and showed up on time. I only received a quote from Sila but it looks like the best deal so I will be working with them on the installation of my new system.

Description of Work: Got 3 other quotes, Sila was the only company able to replace my AC unit over 4th July weekend with quality product at a competitive price.
