Description of Work: I scheduled for a water heater service (advertised special), which I would assumed would be checked/drained. The gentleman really didn't know what the service call was for because he came thinking he was servicing my HVAC system - poor communication. I asked him if had a hose to drain the unit, and he looked confused. Once we got on the same page, he said he only needed to drain the tank a little since it was a good unit (I really didn't do anything besides slightly let out some water). Nice guy though in general. He definitely didn't do what I expected from the special. Kept saying it was a good unit and looked to be in good shape. I felt I could have done what he did, especially since he didn't turn of the gas pilot. Just hooked up the hose and appeared to let a little water out (shutting the water at unit on and off). This special was a waste of my money and time. You live and learn!

Description of Work: The people who flipped my place apparently had no idea how to wire a furnace. The Sila tech came in diagnosed the problem and rewired everything to get it in working order. They found a broken heater kit and were willing to come back and replace it that day. Overall was very happy with them.
