Description of Work: The service was ok but it felt like the plummer was wasting time and trying to gauge me for more money by saying he didn't have parts and would need to come back. I finally went to the manager and it was resolved. The plummer also kept reminding me of how much plumbing work should cost. This was annoying, as if he didn't want me to really have the discounted Angie list service. I will not use them again.

Description of Work: Wayne (Master Plumber at Sila for the Baltimore Area) has been to my home twice in the past month, on totally unrelated jobs. He is very personable, quick, does great work and does not leave a mess behind. The charges for the plumbing services provided were very reasonable. I fully recommend Sila, they are the best!!!

Description of Work: I think that the dispatcher forgot to provide the ticket to the technician. The service window was stated as between 10-12 noon. At 12:05 I called Sila and they promptly dispatched a very cordial young man to perform the maintenance. Tony is a well informed technician. B is because of the lateness. (I believe the appt. was overlooked by the company.)
