Description of Work: My furnace was not turning on. Although relatively new it has had the same problem for the last three winters. I was told last year that getting a seasonal tune up would take care of the problem but I did not listen. I called Sila when it began to malfunction this year. They agreed to come out the same day and even came early. It took a while to get it going but they allowed me to use the tune up coupon I had purchased. I was really grateful that they did that. I feel that I have at last found MY HVAC company. Next year I will take the technician's advice and get the tune up before turning on the system. After having dealt with several HVAC companies I would highly recommend this one as the one to use.

Our customer service team in our plumbing department did respond to you promptly after your Angie's List purchase on December 15th to schedule your appointment ASAP. In your purchase details there were 3 available dates that you selected for the service. Those 3 dates were 12/20, 12/21 & 12/31. In the grade above that you gave to our company you stated that you needed the work done within a few days but we could not send someone out until 2 weeks after your purchase date. The coupon we offered on Angie's List was not intended for emergency services and also states in the coupon description. This was a very popular deal and we were booked out and tried our best to accommodate everyone's schedule. We apologize that the deal did not work out for you. Description of Work: I purchased a 2 hour plumbing deal with Silas Heating & Air Conditioning and they came out and completed the 2 hours, but then the plumber said that he needed to get another part in order to finish the job. So he left and there was no appointment set for him to come back to finish. I have tried contacting the office to schedule them to come back, but it seems that there is never a good time and I still am not able to have the work finished. The plumber was professional and great, however the scheduling was not.
