We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with Sila Heating & Air Conditioning. At the time of the service visit our plumber did adjust/ increase the temperature on the thermostat for the hot water heater. Our plumber did state that if the problem is not resolved that the elements would need to be replaced to resolve the issue. The customer asked us to hold off on ordering the parts at that time. A few months later the customer reached out to us and stated that the problem is still present. Unfortunately, the plumber that inspected her system is no longer with our company. We offered to send out another technician at no charge to confirm the original diagnosis and move forward with ordering the necessary parts to complete the repair. At this time we are coordinating with the customer to schedule a follow-up appointment. Best Regards, The Sila Team
