It went well. I was impressed with the HVAC technician knowledge of Air Conditioning.

Extremely well. Oral was the Technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified the problem. The HVAC was low on coolant and he helped me change the filters indoors. He gave me tips on how to keep the HVAC running efficiently. He was prompt and very courteous. I would highly recommend SILA and I will definitely call them again.

I requested quotes from 3 different AC places on Angie's List and Sila responded almost immediately. I had stupidly forgotten to change the filter on my AC and had caused the unit to freeze up. The repair guy (whose name I sadly forgot) arrived early, which was perfect for me. He was incredibly nice and professional. He gave me all the options, including telling me how to fix one part myself. I had him do a few things and he did it all quickly and cleanly. Pretty much everything about the experience was great and I'd recomend them to anyone.

Technician from Sila was easy to communicate with prior to arrival and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the HVAC maintenance session.

Replace starter and added 3lbs 410A freon. Service was pretty quick (1 day) and arrived as scheduled. my air conditioner is working well now. Service took about 2 hours.

Had SILA perform annual maintanence and cleaning of HVAC unit. I have used them for 2 years and will continue to use them. The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is because on the original day of services, they arrived early. However, I was on a work call until the schedule time. They were supposed to wait until at least 15 minutes after our scheduled time, but they left early. I called SILA and they had someone come out the following week.

Very well, they serviced the unit and gave us a good idea of what upcoming maintenance is needed.

This is the second time that I have scheduled air conditioning/furnace maintenance that the technician did not show up during the appointment window. Both times I had to call the company to find out when the technician was coming, only to find out that they had an emergency and I needed to reschedule. Very frustrating as I took off work to be available during the appointment window.

The morning of the scheduled tune-up I discovered water near the furnace. The technician was able to find and repair the problem very quickly. He was very polite, very patient, and explained everything that he was doing.

Sila is a good company and we've used them for years for our HVAC needs. Every year, we've had them service our AC and furnace and they've always done a good job. A couple of summers ago, we had them do a bigger AC repair, which also went well. Based on my experiences in the last eight years, they're a good, honest company.

Sila did great work for us inspecting our HVAC unit. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. We will definitely keep using them.

First attempt, resulted in leakage problem. Quick response. 2nd Technician corrected the problem with replacing valve.

I hired Sila to perform a twice-yearly HVAC checkup. They've come to my house once so far and the service person was very through. No issues yet.

Billy Bolton was the tech that serviced my furnace. He was very informative and talked to me about all of my options. I appreciated the time that he spent educating me on my furnace; didn't feel rushed. He is an excellent tech and would definitely recommend his service again.

The relief valve was stuck, preventing water release. Since the unit was old, Sila recommended purchasing a new unit. I followed their recommendation and was overall very happy with the quality of service and the company's professionalism.

It went fine, made a big improvement. But it did cost more than I expected.

Even though we were using a coupon for a reduced price on the maintenance visit, the technician was very thorough and discovered a crack in the heat exchanger that was potentially dangerous. He was aware that the furnace brand was prone to such problems and knew where to look for them. He did not use any high-pressure tactics to sell us a new system. We would definitely use the company in the future.

Service Tech was punctual and took time to explain any items that may need my attention in the future.

I purchased the $99 furnace tune up including free carbon monoxide detector. We have an older house with a furnace and hot water boiler. They had to come twice as they didn't have the carbon monoxide detector the first time. The service tech said the radiator system and pressure were all ok. There was one radiator in the third floor that wasn't working. He said it wasn't connected to the system! He didn't know what he was talking about. We hired someone else who understood radiators who said the water the pressure was just too low. Once this was increased, the radiator worked fine. I asked Sila for a refund of the $99 fee, which they refused without a "service order" from the other company.

The technician was punctual. I received a call before his arrival. He was professional and friendly and explained what he was doing. My only complaint is that it was a bit expensive. The company I used to use charged $79 and this service was $99.

Quick to answer and schedule. Worked out well.
