Description of Work: Ryan Homes has developed a really effective home sales sytem. Best thing about them are their employees. Great people, perhaps very motivated by customer surveys but very good customer service. Unfortunately, over time you learn that the quality of the building materials and finishes are some respects, and in my opinion, far too low end for the price of the home. Currently the drywall on the top floor of my home is cracking along the ceiling joists after two repair attempts. Was told it is a new house settling but I have never seen anything like that in older homes. That being said, when you put in a service call, even after your initial warranty expires, they are there. For that reason I would certainly consider working with them again in the future.

+ -1 moreBuilding Manager Asif Khattak/ Sales Marketing Rep - Soroush Memarsadeghi I have a high level of expectations and they were highly responsive, paid great atttention to detail, the actual condo turned out extremely well. Excellent quality craftsmanship. With a builder you want someone who is responsive and they were responsive through the entire process from signing the process the contract until close. That was a 9 month process.
