It was easy to set up an appointment and Prestige Chimney Services came out quickly. He was professional and quick, charged a fair price and gave tips for how to keep up our fireplace so that we can continue to use it for years.

Mark Torralba and his team at Prestige Chimney Services LLC exceeded all expectations in restoring our chimney. They installed a 25-foot stainless steel liner, fully insulated with wool, and seamlessly connected it to our woodstove. They also added a top plate and cap, pointed up the chimney structure and walls, and replaced the old concrete crown with a flawless new one. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency were unmatched. If you need chimney work done right, Mark and his team are the ones to call. Highly recommended!

If you need work on your chimney, you will not be disappointed in selecting Prestige Chimney. Don't be swayed by the small (but excellent) number of ratings. Mark is worth every one of them. I almost didn't give them the opportunity to discuss their work, but so glad I did! Mark was very professional , confident, friendly and thorough in his review and assessment of the work needed. Having already talked to a more established company, I had many questions and concerns which he answered with no hesitation. We also discussed the actual fireplace, which is a separate job. The current fireplace was a wreck. Mark gave me all the options available should I decide to keep it . I was given a quote for the chimney and a separate quote for installing a new fireplace. The chimney had to be fixed, but at that point I had not decided what I wanted to do with the fireplace. Mark told me his quotes would stand and he would remove, clean and clear out the fireplace now. If I decide to install a new gas, pellet or wood burning fireplace to just call him and he would come back. When Mark finished both the chimney and cleaning my fireplace I was sure I made the right decision to go with Prestige Chimney. Do I recommend Prestige Chimney. Without a doubt. Will I call him when I decide what I want to do with the fireplace? Yes I will.

The work was done well, a little better matching on cement color. All in all, happy.

I needed a brick walkway repaired and used this service to obtain quotes from different vendors. Prestige contacted me and scheduled a time to look at the work needed and provide an estimate. Mark, the owner, stopped by and provided an amount and the date the work could be completed. Unfortunately I had to re-schedule the appointment. Mark arrived on the newly scheduled date, on time, highly organized, let the job area clean, and the walk way done very, very well. I highly, highly recommend Prestige Chimney Services - not just for your Chimney services - but for their other services as well!!!
