While he gave us the estimate for the approach for the stairs, he recognized that the best solution was not a carpentry solution but a plumbing solution which we supported. He could have pushed the carpentry option, but he gave us a solution that would save us money, time, and resolved our spigot access situation at the same time. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!"
