The rating reflects the work of the technician who serviced my A/C unit. He did a good job and was done with an hour. However, this was on the second attempt to get a technician to complete the service. On the first attempt, after telling me that he was 20 mins away, never showed up. When calling him back after 30 min, there was no answer. I then received a call from the company stating that the technician could not find parking and he had to go to other appointments. The technician never notified me directly to ask where he could park (even though I could see parking available). I live in the city and they had to know that when I made the appointment. Someone should have asked about parking when I made the appointment and arrangements could have been made. The woman from the company apologized and said someone should have mentioned that. I was eventually able to schedule another appointment for 2 days later, this time reserving a parking spot, and the technician seem to do a good job.

The technician was in the neighborhood and took time to check out my issue. He did a thorough job even though he still had 3 more calls left and it was almost 6 PM when he finished. I appreciated his dedication to fixing the issue.

Prompt and professional service.

There price was 20% lower than my first quote. They were prompt, couteous and competent. Job was completed about exactly when they predicted. Area was completely free of any job related debris. I would recommend them.

They were prompt and nice professional. They explained everything in detail. The gentleman also informed me that the work he would do was a temporary fix. And I’m happy he was honest.

Turned the job around in less than 2 hours...After repairs they offered me a free maintenance, which is desperately needed in my old historic home. Thanks JC & JC and Karla :)

Absolute garbage company. They came out and charged me $74 just to look at my house (I already knew what work needed to be done and shared this information with them prior to our appointment). They told me they'd call back with an estimate. Here I am, 15 days and 4 phone calls later. They still have my $74 and lied to me about delivering the estimate. (The owner of the company, who was sleeping at 9am, told me that he left me a voicemail...I don't have and have never had voicemail). Save your time and look elsewhere.

I called them because my heater stopped working. I know the basics of HVAC, but not the details, so I was happy when the tech was respectful and took the time to educate regarding the issue. The technician was professional, the service was great and the price was reasonable. They will be my first call going forward.
