Ivan was our contractor. He has the skills, knowledge and ability in performing the work and trouble shooting issues that may come up. I was very satisfied.

They arrived as promised. Evaluated the problem correctly, and completed the repair promptly. My questions were answered courteously, useful advice and information were offered without being prompted and the cost was fair.

JC & JC HVAC worked diligently to replace my old dysfunctional air conditioner & replaced the furnace. I am getting cold air at last though weather is now cooler moving into the fall. I would recommend their service.

Responded quickly to an urgent HVAC failure for a rental property. They sourced and installed the failed motor quickly. The price was higher than expected but the value was right for fast work, good communication, professionalism, and quality work.

The Technician was knowledgeable of the situation; but the follow through is less than desirable. The appointment was not scheduled as confirmed. I requested a quote for an item to be repaired/or replaced and I had to call several times for the status. I will not be using this resource again and I will not be recommending this resource.

Work was done well, but one item missed.

Even though service rep was running late he did call to let me know and once he arrived he started immediately. Checked the system and gave me the price to replace the bad part. Upon completion of the system did a final check and said it would take a while to cool off because of the inside temperature. By bedtime the temperature was comfortable. Great job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Knowledgeable and polite. Performed maintenance on two ac units and provide a list of items for the units that should be upgrade. Would of given 5 stars but they were late for the appointment and did not call do give me a heads up. I have to call the office to get a update on arrival time.
