Description of Work: Installed a new AC and heating system

Description of Work: I called for an estimate for HVAC preventative maintenance several weeks ago. First, they needed a serial and model number for my HVAC (never had that happen before). So, had to go and obtain that then call them back. Then the person who was to give the quote was not available. I called back a week later and was told that he was out of town and would get back to me, but I was still on the list. Now, the third week, still no response. Too much work just to get a simple quote.

Description of Work: Installed whole-house, stand-by generator system, fully compliant with local codes and passing all inspections without any issues. Was wait-listed for equipment for a while, but for no fault of contractor. Very professional work and well coordinated between natural gas plumbing and electrical needs. Perfect clean-up when finished.

Description of Work: We had a bit of an issue with a leaky pipe on Monday and after cutting off the main valve and cutting the pipe to begin repair, we noticed that water was still trickling through. In an attempt to tighten the valve we found out quickly that this was not happening. Water began shooting out the cut pipe. We had a bad valve. As we turned the knob we were able to get it down to a trickle again but now we had two issues going. We called Jolles Services and were giving an appointment for the next day in the hopes that my husband would be able to fix at least the cut area of pipe. After several attempts, it was not happening and my husband called back and spoke to Mr. Jolles who help us solve the immediate problem of leak by telling us of things we can buy at Home Depot to overt emergency charges …. We now had a temporary fix. Most impressive was the follow up call that night to find out how things were. The next morning they confirmed that they would be there in about an hour and so they were. The pipe now had a permanent fix and a shark was placed on main valve until WSSC came out to locate our outdoor access which we could not locate. WSSC was notified and was out by 4 that same day and now we are in the process of getting our main valve repaired. Jolles Services deserves five stars for care, excellent service, quality of work, responsiveness and price. Glad to have them as a part of my contact list on phone.
