Dear consumers, I would not recommend horizon services these specific reasons. I believe I was misleading on the pricing, I was told my bill would be no more than 500.00 dollars if was to supply the faucet, this was very confusing when I received my credit card statement there was an additional 217.00 dollars reacted on that. SO MISEADING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I WII BE PASSING THIS IN MESSAGE ON TO FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. THIS PRACTICE IS A GOOD WAY TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS.

They advertise a $10 furnace cleaning for their valued customers and then want to charge another $25 for fuel surcharge. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!! Why would you trust this company when they are sneaky and deceitful before they even show up!!!

The main water valve sprung a leak in my basement. There was no way to turn off water. Horizon had some there within the hour. It was a small fix, nothing was replaced but it was something I couldn’t have known how to fix. Didn’t like the cost but loved the speedy, friendly service. Glad they work late.
