I shopped around and received quotes from this company and 3 others for installation of a new HVAC for my condo. Horizon had a fair price and the customer service and installation was worth it. The technicians and consultants were all professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Would hire again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Shawn, Michael, James, and Butch!

Problem was an obstruction in the exhaust fan. Technician was out quickly, assessed the problem, got the part, and installed it all in one day. It was expensive but the piece of mind and working heating is worth it.

Called needed emergency services for gas line leak. Horizon send someone out within 2hrs. First service tech wasn’t certified for gas however spoke with customer service and they had another tech out shortly thereafter. Tech replaced section that needed to be repaired and removed old line. For it to be last minute and emergency the response time was well above my expectations. I would use again

Excellent services from Tony Frost of Horizon. Visited hours after my request (broken faucets), supplied me with options, provided a quote, and conducted the repairs immediately. All plumbing is expensive, but cost was actually lower than expected. Worked out great, five stars across the board.

Being a new homeowner with a relatively new heat pump unit approaching 1.5 years I did not expect an HVAC company to take advantage of my misfortune and price gauge me. My core issue was not identified and service was overcharged. I have two other companies inspect the unit in the same week and both companies identified the massive leak and where it was coming from without even having to hook up equipment to the unit. I am writing this now after 6 weeks of my Horizon visit. My entire coil had to be replaced, which was covered under warranty. The replacement cost was 4 times less than i was charged just to inspect the unit and place a band aid on the issue by loading the system with ( 8 lbs of 410A ) of which both other companies said was almost double the capacity of my system . I will never recommend anyone to use this company for services. Total rip off, cost me nearly a grand to provide an un-honest assessment. I am sure that this honest review will cost you more than i lost during this terrible experience as i will make sure everyone is aware so that i may save them from falling for this trap. $789 charge to fill a refrigerant on a full coil burst that can be heard from several feet away of the system yet two other companies for the same refrigerant charge $150 refill for what is the manufacture listed system capacity. HVAC ran out of Freon again within 24 hrs.

Timely response and a reasonable price.

They charged 318 dollars to replace two diverter spouts which I had already purchased. The spouts still do not shut off. I wrote back to them requesting that they help fix it. I did not hear back from them. I regret hiring them.
