Replaced an old leaking faucet with a new one that I provided. Connected the modern flexible-piping to the existing pluming hardware. In and out in less than 2 hours. Great service.

The young man that serviced the problem was very courteous professional and made sure he had is space booties on every time he entered the house. On time.

First rate outfit

they come ready to do the job, but they have a wide range of prices. If you accept the first price you will be way overcharged, so when you tell them the price is too high, they offer a second estimate, then if that is too high they will drop the price a third time, but really even that is too expensive. We hired them anyway at the third price...even though it was still too high it sounded ok after the initial quote, and because we thought the quality of their work was worth it. However, that was not the case as the quality of their work was mediocre at best and we had to insist that they make it right. Not worth it. In the future we will hire a local plumber.

The technician did an excellent job. He quickly identified the problem and cleared the clog.

They stand by their word, they told me what they would do and did it. They got the work done in 1 day when others said it would take at least 2 days.

Pat, the gentleman who did my furnace inspection and cleaning, did a truly outstanding job. He also confirmed the information that I had received earlier that my twenty year-old oil furnace, while not on its death-bed, was seriously in need of replacement.

To the technician's credit, the work was done quickly, but Horizon is ridiculously expensive and the technician ALWAYS tries to up-sell something while he is there. You DON'T get the time you request --- they come out when they have someone in the area. The ads make them sound so flexible, but that has never been my experience. (And I gave them several chances.) I am very disappointed in this company.
