I was called shortly after I did a Internet search. they schedule an appointment for the next day between 12PM-4PM. I received a call about 1120AM that technician would be at the house between 12PM-1PM Technician Ken H. was at my house at 12pm sharp he put on shoe covers ,had me go through paper work then I showed him problem. He proceeded to put down drop cloth ,placed pan under clean out plug, he cleared clogged drain ,then cleaned up using a disinfectant cleaner. Ken was very professional and polite Excellent worker.

Justin arrived ahead of time on Saturday. He is very professional and nice. He quickly figured out the problem and gave the price upfront. He repaired my AC on the same day. I would recommend him to anybody who need the service.

The technician from Horizon was able to clear a blocked shower drain when 2 other plumbers had said it could not be done! The technician persevered, trying different techniques and several varying sized snakes until he managed to get to the block. He cleared it completely and cleaned up everything afterward. We were thrilled!!!

I had a water heater replaced and I would highly recommend them.

As you can imagine the replacement of a well pump needs immediate attention and Horizon responded quickly. Two professionals were sent to our home and were able to complete the repair/replacement in a short time. The two men who worked with us, Kevin E and Kevin L, were respectful of our home and our time. We were pleased with the quick response, the good job and the pricing. Will call this company with any other septic/well or plumbing needs. Well done.
