I know people may say Horizon is expensive, but in my opinion the company is the best. Great product, first rate workers, and exemplary customer service. I am totally satisfied with everything they have done for me--two furnaces, a hot water heater, and outside drains.

Both technicians were very professional and friendly. Their work area was cleaned up after they were done. Horizon did a a great job. My only negative was the cost. But I guess that's the cost of plumbers today.

Very professional technician. My only negative comment is that the company pricing model is a little like buying a used car... they start high, but have ways to reduce the total cost. The work done was high quality.

I had a clogged sewer drain on the Saturday of Labor Day. Other places were going to charge approximately $500. Horizon said its $99 deal still applied on a holiday weekend. The plumber who came was personable, professional and - most importantly - effective. He explained the issue and promptly fixed it. Very happy.

The plumber, Michael Ferber, was very personable, polite, and efficient. He replaced a leaky pipe in the basement quickly, and making no mess. It was a little costly, but a fine job.
