I will definitely use Horizon again. Horizon quickly came out for the repair. They cleaned up after the project. Tony replaced my garbage disposal and a leak under my kitchen sink. He replaced old pipes under the sink. In my hall bathroom I was unable to use that bath . Pipes would need to be replaced. Before work could begin it was found that my old 50 year old tub had rusted holes in the underside of the tub. I agreed that a new tub was needed. Tony stayed late and finished the entire job. Everyone at Horizon was great! On Horizons truck that their goal is 100% satisfaction iby the customer. And their goal was more than met with my experience.

Service was great, but they are quite expensive. Initially wanted $1100.00 to replace a kitchen sink faucet!!! Even though I bought my own faucet, it still cost over $300.00 with all sorts of "discounts." That said, they do not charge by the hour.

I was able to get a plumber out the day after I talked to the receptionist. There was clear communication throughout the whole process. The plumber was kind and knowledgable. Everything was smooth.

My 15-year-old water heater started leaking and flooding my basement, so it was time to get a new water heater. I made an appointment with Horizon Services for the next morning and Calvin showed up promptly at 9 AM. Calvin did a very professional and efficient job of replacing my water heater, by removing my old water heater, installing a new water heater, a drain pan, some new piping and cut off value for the water heater. He was done before 1 PM. The new water heater was installed properly, it is working great and I am pleased with the installation and how it works. My only concern and complaint is the price. Now, I will admit that I should have done more research before Horizon arrived. Horizon originally quoted me a price of around $3,500 to replace the water heater. After a bit of time, the price was dropped down to just a bit over $2,900. Since I knew I needed the water heater, I agreed to the price. However, when I was talking to a few other people, they suggested that the price seemed very high for a regular installation of a new water heater. The price of the installation of a new water heater and removal of the old water heater should have been less than $2,000. I had also asked about what the cost of a tankless water heater would cost and he quoted over $9,000. When I talked to a friend, she said she was able to get a tankless system for less than $1,000. My concern about Horizon is that their prices are way too high. Again, I should have researched a bit more, but I will say that later on finding out about the prices, it has left a bad taste in my mouth about Horizon Services. Calvin was very professional with the work he did, but it was also overpriced. I would encourage people to negotiate the prices lower (try to cut the price in half) before agreeing to any work. I might be willing to use Horizon again, but I will also be leary in the future of dealing with them.

My technician, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (leak in my kitchen sink/garbage disposal). I would definitely use them again.

Brandon was EFFICIENT, straightforward and patient with us while providing his services. The work was completed very quickly and with no big mess for him to clean up afterwards. He did not create a high pressure up-selling situation and gave us hard facts on the equipment we were installing. If I ever need this type of service again, I will be sure to ask for Brandon if he is available.
