Had toilet clog. Was concerned that the clog was farther down in the pipes. He had no problems flushing paper down, and didn't feel he needed to use the auger to see if it was clogged, since there didn't seem to be an issue. No charge for service. Would call them again.

We actually had horizon do a number of jobs that started with a broken water pipe and ended with a new water heater, toilet and new air conditioning system. With all the work done they were fast and professional and the quality of work was extremely good I'll return to them in the future

This company is awesome. I use them for my heating and air conditioning too. Top notch first rate company and employees. Scott did the replacement to my upstairs toilet and then had to replace my downstairs toilet when we discovered a leak. All tools, toilets and equipment were with him so it was done in one visit. Wonderful!!!
