The service technician was on time and completed job. It was just like the commercial on TV, he wore orange cover ups to protect dirt from coming into my house!

Nice work, cleaned up when finished, friendly. I thought the work was pricy for what was done.

I think they were priced a little higher than some of the other contractors, but they did the job in one day and I am very satisfied with the Gas Furnace and Air Conditioner instatlation

Very high rates and unprofessional marketing strategy. Plumber brought our his book and showed me that the cost for installing a faucet was $398, which would give me 2 free check-ups for my heating system. I objected to the price and said I would not pay that. I asked him how long the work would take and his answer was about 1 1/2 hours. He then dropped his price down to $198, still giving me the 2 free heating system checkups. I agreed, but still thought this was high. The faucet installation took 40 minutes and he left some sticky residue on the floor that I needed a razor blade to get off.

Excellent all round. On time, fixed clog quickly, gave good info and advice and it was inexpensive. As good as their tv ads say they are. Recommended.

Very courteous. The technician was on-time and respectful of our home. Expertly found the location of our piping in the ceiling without having to cut multiple or large holes all over. Expensive- but all repairs and work were expertly done. Large section of clogged piping was replaced and new copper piping was put in. Would recommend and use in the future.

they were timely and did a good job replacing our water holding tank.

Mon before Thxgiving, new 1st time homeowner. wanted to ensure properly prepared outdoor tap for winter. after looking on Home Advisor, Horizon CALLED ME. tried smaller local plumbers but no call backs. so went with Horizon. spoke with "scheduling dept" told them EXACTLY what i needed. plumbers come out Wed, prepped outdoor fixture & took quick look at kitchen faucet to answer a question. i said "ok thanks!" Guy says "Thats it? You had us drive ALL the way out here for that??!" LIKE I KNEW WHERE THEY DROVE FROM! shocked by the attitude. absolutely RUDE!! i said "i'm paying you!!" never again!!

They cleaned out my main sewer line. And replaced a 5 foot piece of pipe .They did A FANTASTIC JOB RIGHT DOWN TO THE CLEAN UP WOULD HAVE THEM DO MORE WORK IF NEEDED!!!!!

Horizon is a bit pricier than the others I got estimates from but my grand daughter felt safe & comfortable with them in the house. The work was done quickly & they worked clean. Every thing was as promised. I would use them again & recommend to friends & family.

They did a fantastic job. They were here within an hour after the initial contact. The pricing was high but service excellent.

Good service. They push new equipment too much but that's the business

It's sad when a licensed plumber can't do his own job.
