Horizon accommodated my schedule, arrived on time, assessed the problem, communicated the solution, and fixed the issue promptly. The serviceman was pilot, cleanly, and well qualified.

Turned out they ignored the real issue and gave us a large bill to fix a completely different issue. Hired a different company and dealt with the real issue. Very courteous and professional but light on skill, I guess.

I did not like that I had to have a four hour window for service. The price were high. They get the job done but it's too expensive.

I needed rapid response on this occasion and they provided it. So I was particularly pleased.

Job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. The installer knew what he was doing and did it all in one day's work.

The Horizon Associate was on time and helped us to understand the plumbing problem, the work was done quickly and efficiently. The associate, Shawn was very friendly. We will certainly call them again for other services.

Your best bet is to shop around. Service is fast but they do that so you don't have time to compare.

Well pump broke at midnight, called them at 1 AM, they were on site at 8:30AM. Pricey, but you get great service. Well pump replaced and back up and running by noon.

Two visits and my problem is not fixed. I have to schedule a third visit. This is not a complex plumbing repair.

A little pricey but worth it

The service was good, but the repair was (in my opinion) too expensive--over $400 to replace a gas furnace igniter. I was told I get a "free" tune-up next year. Given what I was charged, it wasn't free; I paid for it in advance. I'll be purchasing a new furnace and central air system next year, and will not consider Horizon.

Very professional

I thought they were a bit pricey and there seemed to be a lot of "pressure" to get a deal done quickly. I still have a feeling that I was a bit overwhelmed by it all and didn't really get what I wanted. On the other hand, the guys who actually did the work were first class all the way, neat, professional, courteous and tenacious in getting all the work done. And the customer service people I have dealt were also very helpful and professional.
