Not bad, but a little pricey!

They were efficient and friendly. They came on a Sunday no extra charge.will definitely call them again.

I was planning to install a new thermostat, however the gentleman explained to me what was wrong and how to fix it. I will definitely use them again!!!

When you consider their price, factor in the labor and parts warranty. This is included in the price! My elite boiler came with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. All I could get anywhere else was a 5 year parts warranty from manufacturer. When I compared them to my normal HVAC, horizon was a better value. Top notch company. Additionally, any add-ons were already added. (Chimney liner, old boiler removal, etc.) Very pleased and will use them again. Oh and did I mention they worked from 7:30am till 10:15pm to get the job done? I was told it would take a week to install by others!

No one like to have a large expenditure of monies at one time. But if your hot water tank is leaking and you need to have replaced on a Saturday evening. You can only call Horizon. This is the second time we have dealt with them and they are awesome. Polite, efficient and get's the job done. Would recommend to use them. There are a lot of business out there who do the same thing, I felt that we got the best service and price for what our job entailed.

They responded to a late night call. The tech arrived assessed the situation and determined that the clog was inside within minutes it was repaired. The tech cleaned everything even what wasn't his doing. I appreciate the service provided.

This company has come to my home on two or three ocassions. the problem has not been fixed.

From first call to set up the appointment, the call to inform us the service man was on the way, to the completion of the job, so impressed. The young man that performed our repairs was so very nice, skilled, efficient and accommodating to our needs. The company saved the day. We really needed a repair before the holiday. The young man's work quality was outstanding. I was very pleased and have been telling others about the service I received.

Had 2 leaks,bathroom sink and toilet. Both were fixed,told me what he was going to do before he started project. Little on the high end of price but got quality work. Now have a service contract with them.

We were pleased that this service could respond to our problem on a weekend.
