great and on time

The job to install separate heating and air conditioning was completed in a timely manner. Our old hybrid dual heat pump/gas furnace had developed problems. The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. I'm thankful to have found them through Home Advisor. Certainly would hire them again. Although we haven't put the furnace through any paces yet, we are confident it will serve us well. The A/C cooled the house extremely fast. Uoon completion, the crew chief explained the system and ensured I understood the operation, answering all my questions. I was extremely pleased with their work. Thanks Horizon, five stars!

We would definitely hire Horizon again. The crew was efficient, professional, and easy to work with. The heating and air conditioning units seem to be top notch. It was amazing how quickly the house cooled on a 80 degree spring day.

Techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. Carry most parts with them so you don't have to wait on parts for the repair after finding out what is wrong

We discovered that we needed an emergency repair on a Saturday afternoon. Horizon's technician arrived within 30 minutes and had the A/C unit working in no time at all. Kudos to their techician, Giovanni!

Not worth the money

The install team was very professional, on time, and very skilled. The installation went without a hitch. The team did everything they could to make sure we were satisfied. This includes the selected Lennox equipment

Thr cost to have things such as a dishwasher or dryer installed are 3-5 times the amount that other companies charge. Also, this company charges just to come out to your home, where others so not. I suspect they do this because most people do not end up hiring them due to what they charge for their services.

Paid them a contract fee to be able to get them to come very quickly when needed. When called, they put me on a 2 week waiting list. They did not charge once when they were late. They are very overpriced.

Very fast and efficient. Everything looks good at this point.
