Fantastic company from start to finish! The gentleman who sold us the furnace, their salesman, Alex, was upfront in getting us the best price, along with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty included! The price for the furnace and installation was great, and they guaranteed apples to apples to meet any other companies cost. They offer a $100. fee if we found anyone to do it cheaper, with the same offer. They were able to schedule the intallation quickly, and did a great job intalling it. I would highly recommend using this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. Great company! Great prices! Great work! You won't be disappointed using Horizon Services! Take care.....

Fantastic experience. They did the maintenance for my AC and furnace and it was extremely well priced.

Very prompt appointment for a maintenance call out - the morning after I called to make an appointment. Typically maintenance calls are scheduled at least a week out, usually more. This was for and older Trane furnace in the condo I just purchased. Technician was on time, informative, helpful and knowledgeable. Explained that the furnace had been well looked after and should be good for some time. He did a thorough maintenance service. He also checked to see if my smoke alarm had a carbon monoxide sensor - it did not. Since I signed up for their maintenance plan (half the price of former HVAC company, although admittedly they did a good job) he threw in a CO detector. Pricing was clearly explained up front and transparent, without upsell or pressure. Based on my research, pricing was right. I would recommend Horizon, based on this experience.

The Service man Rudolf explained all the repairs needed and we talked what was and wasn’t a priority. Never passed any agenda on me or any hard sale. He is now my A/C man and would recommend Horizon to everyone.

Came on time, fixed my A/C after another company didn’t, spent 2-1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning my outside unit and pumping water out of tray beneath air handler in my attic, then let me use a $49 coupon for A/C tuneup for all that! Will definitely use as my regular HVAC company!

Horizon immediately responds to your request. This company has hours that can fit into your schedule. The technician that they sent to service my air-conditioning unit was very knowledgeable, to a point. He replaced my power box which was clearly not up to code and highlighted that it was dysfunctional. Upon assessment of the remainder of the repair, the technician found my wiring harness burnt out and recommended replacing my condenser. Follow up phone call revealed that this company does not replace condensers because they have had too many customers complain about the function afterwards. The company recommended that I contact the better business bureau to find someone who could do the repair, or install a new ac unit. I found Alisea HVAC and he came next day to give me an estimate on compressor replacement. Turns out that the wiring harness is all that needs replaced. Difference in cost... $3,000.00 Difference in time, 2 weeks. I?ll be back up and running in 2 days. Alisea HVAC. Consider the options.
