good customer service & tech made sure to take care of the issue before he left.

Horizon Services was tasked to replace a 25 year old Central Air system. The team was on time, well mannered, polite, friendly, worked as one unit. Talking and giving suggestions to another if needed. Any mess they made, they cleaned up. I left the house to return to work. I left my cell phone number for them to call me if they completed the job prior to my return. they attempted to return items to their original space. I don't remember the crew taking a lunch break. I asked if anyone had lunch? They stated "finishing this job is more important.". The job took approximately ten hours. (Non stop) It was expensive, but worth it! When they removed the antiquated material it was replaced with brand new up to date equipment., The old equipment was taken away! I would highly recommend Horizon Services to anyone who asked.

I got a better Quality Faucet than the one I originally had, the leaking one.

The plumber they sent (Quenton) was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable and provided options prior to the estimates and did a great job when he executed the work. Total professional and absolutely solved my problem while providing tips for avoiding future problems. The overall Horizon back office service experience was absolutely awful. After agreeing on a detailed estimate and signing the estimate on their newly issued tables, I did not get an electronic or paper copy of the estimate or the paid final invoice for the work. I called customer service and was told they would email me the document and I never got it. I still have not received a copy of the final paid invoice doe the work that was completed 5 days ago. They most defintely got my payment as evidence by the charge to my credit card, but after several email attempts and phone calls I still do not have my final paid invoice. Great job by the plumber poor service from the back office.

I was able to call Horizon Services at 2:30am on a Sunday morning and set up an appointment for them to come out later that afternoon. Very good customer service and response time. Technician was friendly and prompt, he actually was able to come earlier than scheduled. I would definitely recommend Horizon Services!

They did what I wanted-- the same day! They are what we wanted!

They did a great job installing a new heat pump after my air conditioner went out. They were fast and professional. The only issue I ran into is that they wouldn't run a new wire to the thermostat to let me keep my old thermostat, instead giving me a new one which didn't have some of the options for saving energy the old one did.

Horizons was out within an hour and had me water 30 mins later. The technician Ryan was great he found the problem and saved the day. Outstanding diagnostic skills just a real pleasure to work with. Explained everything step by step. Would recommend to anyone.

1. They give up front pricing before starting the work 2. Expect a slightly higher price than others 3. Know that they like to use / replace with all new parts 4. They finish when they say they will (usually same day) 5. They warranty their work parts and labor (2 years in my case)
