Horizon came out the next day, had great communication, and did great work. I think they were a little bit expensive, so I would recommend getting a competing estimate, if you have the luxury of time. Otherwise, I would recommend Horizon and would use them again for plumbing issues.

Harry from Horizon Services came out and was able to take care of our toilet which needed a part replaced. Even though it was a foreign toilet and the replacement part we provided was not an exact fit, he used components of both the old and new part to fix the issue for us. He was very personable and we would recommend to anyone who needs work done.

Very quick fix, snaked the toilet and it cost $200. Originally was just supposed to get a free quote but instead he just did the work without the quote and surprised me with the amount after I didn't have a choice
