Overall Great Experience

Very customer orientated. Felt everyone we dealt with from the original repairman to the salesman to the team that replaced our HVAC system were honest and above board. Their pricing was fair and they offer rebates to help with the cost. In addition, they will do whatever it takes to ensure the customer is satisfied!

They were absolutely amazing in every respect. Got the job done in one day, right after the consultation the day before. AC works perfectly.

They did a nice job however, the tech got wax on my wood flooring in 2 spots and didn't clean it up.

I paid for service that has not been done and their customer service had me on hold for over 10 minutes each time I called.

I told the plumber upfront that I was a disabled veteran on a fixed income and he stuck it to me anyway. I had light steam of water continuously flowing from my shower faucet when the knobs were turned off. He did not even have the parts to fix it in his truck. He had to leave and go to Home Depot. Total cost for this minor repair $409
