The technician was very courteous and honest. I appreciate knowing exactly what was causing my issue and how he could resolve it in a timely manner.

My tech Andrew Hoyos listened and gave me the best advice for everything I needed. He was punctual, took care of all my issues, did a great job in a timely fashion. It was a very good experience and I would gladly hire him again.

GET A FULL ESTIMATE OF ALL WORK BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY - A customer service person called me to set up the appt. They gave me an initial estimate to come out and assess the project. It was extremely reasonably priced so I ASSUMED they were going to do great work for a reasonable price. I was WRONG. They replaced a kitchen faucet for me (I provided the faucet) and they charged me $679. You may ask why I would have said yes. I have a leaking sink, took off work so I could have it fixed. I needed the work done...I didn't think I would be taken advantage of by this Home Advisor approved company. Lawyers charge less per hour. Shame on them.

Everyone at Horizon has been fabulous to work with. From Matt and Caleb spending so much time with me explaining the issues with my furnace, to Scott taking his time to thoroughly go over the process and cost, to Adam, Dominick and Corey working hard and diligently to put in our new system. They’ve all been great. Informative, kind, and respectful. This company all the way around has taken great care of us. Their response times have been amazing and their customer service has been top notch. Their focus has been to do the right thing and best thing for us and our home the first time. I can’t tell you what that has meant to my husband and I in a day and time when customer care and appreciation is sorely lacking in so many businesses. I wholeheartedly recommend Horizon Services.

We lost our heat right during the winter storm! Horizon was the only one who is willing to come out and they got us back up and running within 2 1/2 hours.

Came out the same day to fix my heat

Waste of time. First they try to charge a $59 fee to come out and evaluate and quote the job. Then they call back and leave message that the fee is waived for HomeAdvisor referrals. On second call they decide they don?t do this kind of work. Convenient for them!

Fast, clean, professional, knowledgeable, and priced reasonably. Would recommend and hire again.

They answered my call on Saturday and came on Sunday morning as scheduled . Determined what was wrong and had to order the part. They back on Monday afternoon to install the parts. Waited to see if I had heat. Then left

Very expensive!

Cleaned my sewage line and diagnosed damaged pipes (On the municipal side), possibly saving me thousands in repairs. Great Job!!

seemed very customer oriented

Explained what he was doing. Job was to relocate an outdoor faucet from below the deck to above the deck. Cleaned up after the work. Would hire again and I would ask for the same tech, Jim.
