Description of Work: I contracted Halliday to repair my porch roof, which was leaking. I got an estimate, but halfway through the work I was told that a beam going across the front of the roof had to be replaced. The extra charge would be $600. |After the workers left I noticed that they left a hole next to the roof where they removed the old spout and didn't paint part of the beam in one corner. When I called and asked about covering the hole and painting the beam I was told it would cost another $75. I felt this work should have been part of finishing up the job. |There are parts where the porch ceiling is separating from the beams.

THESE GUYS DO GREAT WORK. T HEY ARE RELIABLE, AND WORK QUICKLY. THE WORKERS ARE POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT WANTS A GOOD JOB DONE AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
