Estimate was done on Friday the 28th. The vendor explained what needed to be done for the repairs. i agreed to the repairs and the cost. Vendor was waiting for me when i got home today from work. Job complete and it looked like the original. I am very satisfied and will use them again.

When I tried to redeem my service, they told me that they no longer serve Chantilly, VA and offered no remedy to cure the issue.

They responded quickly and gave me thorough information as part of my quote. The team was very professional and hard-working. The pattern of the walkway didn't exactly match the one that they removed, but I didn't specify that I wanted that and it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely use them again.

I had mixed feelings about their work. They did the work diligently but after they were done, I looked at the work and it was a little sloppy. It wasn't as neatly done as I thought it could have been done. So I called them back on it and he told me to send some photographs. After I sent him the photographs, he never replied.

There was good but no bad experience.

I had a little chunk out of my facing that went around the basement as well as a few hairline cracks here and there. When he came out, he said it would cost $800. It also turned out that he got the $99 I paid for the Big Deal on top of that. He also said that he would match the color as best they could on the gray masonry, but they used black stuff that emphasizes all the cracks. They did come out to fix it, but whatever they used is starting to flake off and I am concerned that I will have to have someone else do the work again.

It is not going well. Right in the beginning when I first made the purchase, I ended up having an elderly relative living with me and she subsequently died. She died in July and I think I called him in August and he finally came out in September which is within the coupon time because I think the coupon was good until November. He came out and he gave me a quote for the work that needed to be done for my front stairway. He gave me a quote of $225 and he took the coupon with him and said he would be back. He said he could come and do it even if I was at work because it was an outside project and that was fine. But he didn't come so finally in November I called him and I said if he would happen to do the work and he didn't remember coming and seeing me. Fortunately we have e-mail correspondents back and forth so I forwarded him the e-mail that he had sent me and he said, "Oh, yeah. But now it is too close for me to do the work." And now, nothing. I haven't heard from them since. And of course, the coupon is now expired and he doesn't seem to even remember having the conversation with me. And I paid the guy, essentially he got $99. When I came he was very ncie then all of the sudden he didn't follow through with me at all so I had to call him back.

I had them do drywall and plaster repair in our kitchen and living room. They were great and easy to work with. Everything was smooth, on time and we had no issues with the service.

Ultimately they did quality work but it took a lot of effort on our part and the quote didn't cover some of the cost we had talked about when the quote was given. In the end we had to pay more than expected. In all I'm happy with the quality but the process was difficult. I would recommend this company but recommend a very clear outline of what is to be done in advance.

When contacted said he had forgotten a previous appointment. Finally show up for assessment. Said they were interested in doing the job, but was never heard from again.

They didn’t end up doing the work because I was outside of their service area. It was somewhat surprising to me that I was outside of the area because I live in the metropolitan area. I got my money refunded through Angie’s List.

They did a good job. They were very good to work with. He came out and looked at the problem, and he gave me an estimate, and a discount for being and Angie's List member. We had to postpone the job because of the hurricane.The price was extremely reasonable, and they were very punctual.

He educated me on what all needs to be done and let me know that the job will be more than the cost of the Big Deal. He was punctual and professional.

Vendor was knowledgeable and professional. Crew got the job done well in a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend.

It went well. The total work described at the time of the estimate was not able to be completed in actual job.

They came for an estimate in late October. I pursued the estimate on Nov. 14. They answered they were very busy and I never heard from them again.

Completely repaired and replaced mortar in the brick base of and steps to my front porch, including grinding out old mortar to a depth ensuring both strength and appearance of the new mortar. I plan to have the gone back in the spring to replace the sidewalk.

They were prompt and responded quickly when I pointed out possible missed spot.

We agreed to a convenient time so there were no issues with scheduling. I bought a truck load of ground soil and wanted it spread around the backyard. They did this for me as well as planting plants for me where I wanted them. They sent out four men and they spent the entire day working. They did an above average job.

I was happy with their work and would use them again.

Communication was not good and it was difficult to schedule. There were several cancelations over the course of a few months (some weather related, so not under his control). I purchased more paper lawn bags than I was told to but they still ran out, then bagged the leaves and vine trimmings in plastic bags (which my city public works department doesn't accept). It took me hours to transfer from plastic bags into paper! This did not go well overall.

Unfortunately I failed to schedule the service before time ran out.

We found it hard to connect with the contractor, and find a suitable date to schedule the service.

Missed a few spots first time around, but returned promptly to complete the work. Very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Responded promptly when 1st purchased and came out to look at work to be done. Unfortunately, did not recontact to perform work. I contacted 2 months later and received email message response. Finally did send 2 workers, but no advance notice. Did 2 hours work (coupon was 4 hours)
