I had waited two months and called the vendor several times before he would even show up. He did about 1/4 of what should have been done. I never heard from him since. I would not recommend this vendor, and neither should you.

We had multiple cracks in our sidewalk and they agreed to fill them with this big deal purchase. After they filled the cracks and the concrete settled, the color of the cement was completely discolored from the original color. I emailed them two weeks ago and they agreed that the color was off and agreed to come out and fix it. I have emailed them since and have not heard anything back. They have not came out and tried to fix this issue. I even paid an additional $25 for the materials.

The overall experience to date has been pleasant, but work has not been performed. It did take several calls/voicemails to receive a response, but once contact was made, the contractor has been very responsive.

A different provider said there were already cracks forming in the chimney cap they had replaced. When I emailed them about this they asked me to provide them with pictures. They have been pretty responsive.

The work was never done and I never heard from him again. Frankly, I think he owes us a refund.

On time, very professional, guys worked well, advised of how long to not disturb steps in front and step/parking pad area in back. Very nice, great work, great value. Cleaned well after completion.

It went very well. I had a few concerns and they were immediately corrected.

They did a fine job and finished at the time they said they'll get it done. Contrary to what we asked, they dumped some of the old mortar that they pulled out into the azalea bushes. I thought their pricing was fair.

They came in and did the work and it look like it was good. I like that I was able to pay for it through Angie’s List. They were very polite and courteous. It did require prompt to have them tend to the concern that I had. They seem to have been overwhelmed by so many people making request for them with Angie’s List. About when I purchased the deal, they were able to address it 7 months later.

Mr. Gomez communicated by email when he could come and why the weather did not permit him to do the work. His men did the work as soon as was possible.

When the company representative came to provide an estimate for the project it was for lot more hours than four and I did not think the project warranted the cost.

It was great. They did the work while I was not at home. The scheduling was very easy. The cleanup was good.

They gave me an estimate that was much higher than what I thought. Said it would be almost $4000 of work, but they would only warranty this for one year. At that cost, I would expect better service, so I rejected the contract due to the excessive cost and lack of sufficient warranty.

Once the crew finally made it onsite, all went well, but getting them there was very difficult. GO came right out to give estimates and they were quite good, on top of the purchased deal. But getting the crew onsite was a real challenge. There were several set times where they were to be at my residence that went missed. After the 3rd time they did show up. The work was done well and the team was prepared for the work to be completed. I would use them again, but would hope that sticking to their scheduling would be a bit better!

Mr. Gomez came to do the initial evaluation of repair to my front steps and told me he would return within a few weeks. When I hadn't heard in several months, I called again. He could not find a record of our original visit, even though I was able to give him the exact date and time of our appointment. He promised to call back and never did. A second call in December. He said he couldn't do the work because it was "too cold". I only heard from him again (long after the coupon had expired)when I filed my first complaint (by phone) with Angies List. I do not feel confident in using this company's services and would like a refund of my $99.00.

The work performed was done well. I have an addition on my brick house that forms a corner at my concrete porch. The corner wall mortar was coming out in places - probably due to age and house settling. G.O. Contractors Group, LTD. fixed the mortar damage on the wall and along the porch and down the porch steps. The work was done well and I was satisfied with the outcome. The workers cleaned up after themselves nicely. I contacted them via a $99 4 hours of work Angie's list deal. I think due to volume I had a little bit of miscommunication with G.O. Contractors Group, LTD. regarding scheduling. Once we were properly in touch, the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would use G.O. Contractors Group, LTD. again if I had similar repair needs.

The work was done in the summer of 2012 and I initially was very happy with the work. However, the repair on the spalling concrete (item 1 above) fell apart less than a year later. I contacted Nestor Gomez of GO Contractors to fix the wall since it was still within his one year warranty period. Nestor promptly came out to inspect the wall and told me he would get back to me regarding scheduling a repair job. He has been unresponsive ever since. I rate GO Contractors an "F" because they do not stand by their work and honor their warranties, which beyond being unprofessional, also suggests that they have no confidence in the quality of their work. The work they performed on items 2 and 3 above have stood up well, which combined with the prompt response to my initial call for warranty work made me optimistic that perhaps I was just unlucky with item 1. However, GO Contractor's refusal to come back out and fix the work has changed my mind and I now think I was simply lucky that items 2 and 3 haven't fallen apart (yet!). Furthermore, GO Contractors wasn't even the cheapest option I considered, meaning they aren't even worth it if you knowingly want to gamble on a low price and hope you luck out on quality. I recommend going elsewhere for your masonry work.

An hour after he was scheduled to arrive, I called to confirm he was planning to show up. I was told he was en route about 45 minutes away. I waited the entire day for him, but he never showed up and did not even bother to call for directions or to let me know there was a problem. This level of unprofessionalism suggests that the quality of his work might also suffer, so I am not interested in working with this company further.

It was fine. The biggest problem was that the work they did caused additional damage. When they were taking out the driveway they cause damage to the slab at the base of the driveway. They went ahead and fixed the issue and replaced the slab, but without telling me there would be additional fees. I actually thought that the slab replacement was included in the original quote. I chose to go with them because they had lower prices and I trusted them, but in the end I ended up paying as much as the other quotes I received. I have hired them before on a smaller job with success. They completed this job in 3-4 days.

They fixed some front steps which was covered completely covered under the $99 Big Deal. The quality was good, so good that I hired them again for a bigger job.

Went great. There was a couple of questions I had when he sent me the original proposal which he clarified and resent the proposal. They came exactly when he said they would and stayed till the job was completed. It took more than a week to do all the work but they came every day the weather allowed, including Saturday and Sunday till the work was complete. I hired him to do a couple of other small things that resulted from the deck work he did...not his fault at all, simply a couple of additional things that needed done. All went very well. Nestor Gomez is a really nice guy and I found him easy to work with.

He said repointing the mortar of the three steps to the front entry wouldn't look right unless all the mortar was replaced. He discouraged me from doing the minimum work. His estimate was $700. I felt the "Coupon" was a play to get more work. I contacted Angie's list and asked for a 2nd contractor but more than 2 weeks have gone by and I still haven't gotten another recommended contractor. At this point, I'd much rather get a refund while I search for a masonry contractor myself.

They were fairly responsive when I bought the deal. Then they said they'd follow up with an email estimate. I waited a couple weeks, never heard from them and started a series of calls where I left messages and even talked to a couple people asking them to come do the work and they never got back to me to come out and do the work!

They were fine. When they finally got here and they helped me out, they were great. It did take a while to schedule. It wasn't the perfect one we've used because we had trouble getting it scheduled. They did a very small job. It's not like it's a major deal.

The foundation of our front landing was crumbling causing the bricks to come loose one by one. They came and took the whole area apart and put it back together brick by brick. We are so pleased with their work and the professionalism. They arrived on time as scheduled. We have no complaints about this job!
