Description of Work: GHE upgraded the electrical system in our house. Their estimate included everything! Other contractors left some key parts out of the estimates identifying them as "extra or additional" work. The service was timely and professional.

+ -1 moreYears ago I had a heavy-up and when the county inspector came, he saw the sticker from GHE on the electrical box and smiled saying and quot;there work is always great.and quot; I was happy with the professionalism, promptness, and the way they cleaned up after themselves so when the inspector said this, it just confirmed what I already had sensed. I have used them repeatedly since then for several rental units I manage and am certain I will continue to call them as needed.

+ -1 moreThe guys from GHE were on time, professional, friendly, and thorough. They tolerated my many, many questions with patient and complete answers. The work was very neat and they clean up well. The panel was dressed out very well. (This means the wiring was very neat and organized. Not a mess of spaghetti) The work was performed at my parents home in Beltsville. I highly recommend this company. Very flexible and accommodating. Good work.
Description of Work: An electrical heavy up was performed including:1. Install new 150 amp service new cable from the weather head to the meter, 2. Install new 150 amp service cable from the meter to the breaker panel in the basement,3. Remove 50 year old electrical panel,4. Install new 150 amp Square D QO breaker panel with 150 amp main disconnect,5. Install new whole house surge arrestor in the new panel, 6. Install a new 20 amp circuit and electrical receptacle for the washer and dryer, 7. Install new ground rod and new ground line to water service entrance, 8. Install new GFCI plug below the panel for Verizon FIOS use,9. Identified what was connected to each and every circuit in the house, 10. Pulled all permits and arranged for electrical inspection by the county,

+ -1 moreFrom the estimate to the finished work, the technicians performed a commendable job. We even asked them to check our attic fan which was not working. They had to order a motor. When it came in they came out and installed it. The cost for that total job was approximately $300.
Description of Work: Wiring the garage to make it a workshop capable room which would include power saws, etc. Installed lights that we had purchased.

Description of Work: They installed a generator. He cleaned up some electrical wiring. Also he connected the generator to the propane tank.
