+ 3 moreIt has been great. I have been in derect contact with the owner. He is patient and flexible on what we needed done. His price was reasonable too, we shopped around and did research. Things did seem to move best and quickly when he is on the job directing the employees.
Description of Work: He has done some electrical work to replace to LED, he has done a small bathroom renovation, added vanity and closet. Some plumbing was involved. They have have done painting for the whole house. I used him to install skylights a few years back.

+ 0 moreThey show up on time. This was in the middle of the pandemic, everyone wore masks, no one went into the house, they were very clean, and cleaned up after themselves. During the bathroom renovation, they put down a lot of cardboard and plastic to keep the dust from collecting all over the home. They paid attention to all of the details.
Description of Work: They have done several things for me. Last year they installed all of our electricity in our basement. We had some moisture in our basement, as well, and he worked on that for us. That involved drywall and floor work. They installed a new deck - they got all the necessary primer, pressure-treated wood, everything we requested. He also regraded our backyard after the work on our deck. They recently redid our main bathroom. This was an older bathroom. They upgraded the shower, counters, toilet, flooring, paint, lighting, shower with handicap railings. They did everything ADA approved. They sat down with us to make sure they went over everything we wanted. They are very responsive - my wife reaches out about materials and design and he always gets back to her quickly. His estimates have come almost spot on. He is completely fluent in both English and Spanish. He's very smart, has strong attention to detail, and he's very patient.

+ -1 moreHe said it would cost $450 to do the caulking. I asked him why it was so expensive and he said that he uses special caulk. He also said that he guaranteed all of his work and if the seal failed he would come fix it. The problem still exists so I have been trying to contact him and he won't respond or honor what he said - that he stands by his work. I have contacted him multiple times and he gave me many different appointments but never showed once.
Description of Work: I had a leak and he said he was going to caulk the leak and told me there wouldn't be any more leaking.
