Professional, courteous , reasonable price

I selected EMJ Contractors after watching how they handled my neighbors roof. So I asked them for a quotation to replace my cedar shake roof with EcoStar Synthetic Slate. Their price was reasonable. So I signed the quote. They ordered the shingles and showed up right on time. The crew showed up and ripped off all of the rotten shingles. But what impressed me is they cleaned up every day before leaving. They used a magnetic nail "vacuum" to make sure no one would step on a nail. They they installed the shingles with precision. The team was meticulous. I was so impressed I took them out to lunch at Sin and Grin to get to know them better. Great guys. Hard working guys. They did every single thing on the contract exactly how I wanted it done. I could not be happier with my EMJ Contracting experience.

I had to request they return and fix the caulking for our project. When they returned, it was a little bit better but not what I expected from a professional. The final result did not look professional to me.

The price for the new asphalt roof was very competitive. The work crew showed up early and worked steadily through the day. They completed the roof, installed new gutters, and completely cleaned the area. The company owner, Enrique, was here off and on all day, taking pictures, getting extra material, and so on. I was very satisfied with the work.

Enrique and his workmen replaced my flat carport roof. Enrique was very efficient and accurate in making the estimate, and I felt very comfortable working with him. His men finished the job in less than a day, and left the area spic and span. They were courteous and seemed to really know their work. I would hire EMJ again, when roofing needs arise.

Enrique and his crew were great. They were at my house when they said. They worked hard all day long and I couldn't have been more pleased with my roof. His price was more than fair and the customer service was great, I would highly recommend using them. In fact I can't say enough nice about Enrique and his crew.
