I am 110% satisfied with the service I received from Ed's Tree Service. They are super responsive (a call back hours after my first contact via their web site). They kept me abreast of the scheduling. The work was done promptly and professionally.

Overall, very well. The mother and son team are very nice and very responsive on emails. They also provided me a written account of a dying tree on county property, which helped me in getting it removed by the county. My only complaint is there were a lot of branches left on the ground.

They were great. They were very quick and very reasonably priced. They were terrific. It was much less than we expected. They were very responsive to the phone calls, and very professional. They showed up on time for the appointments. The services were completed at a very reasonable cost.

Alice the owner came to give the estimate. Work performed as described on estimate. Heat index was 106 degrees that day! The crew knew what they were doing when dealing with large trees. Hard to get hold of when I tried to make a followup call afterward with a question about the bill.

Ed's was excellent from start to finish. Among the four estimates I received they were the only one to consistently follow up. When we agreed to have the work done the crew showed up on time, worked very efficiently and did a terrific job. The only sign of them being there after they left was the well pruned trees. Everything was cleaned up nicely. My neighbors were very complimentary of the work. I'd easily recommend them.

I thought Ed's Tree Service was extremely professional and prompt. I needed some broken tree limbs removed (they were hanging over the pedestrian walk way and my driveway) and Ed's Tree Service swung by to do a quick assessment and gave me a quote that was very close to the other quotes I received. They also gave me an Angie's List discount. Unfortunately it was the day after a big storm and Ed's was not able to come out right away, so I ended up going with another service. But they were extremely prompt and professional and I would consider them again.

Everything was done well and efficiently. Cost was around $1100-1200 if my memory is serving me well. Quote was cheapest of three we got, and Ed's was more impressive when presenting the estimate than the next cheapest. Most expensive was also the most impressive in prsentation of estimate, but the cost was $600 to $700 more.

Eds Tree Service was wonderful to deal with. They were extremely responsive, provided different options for me to consider on what could be done to both trees, and were very easy to get scheduled. I would absolutely work with them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

The service was good. The price was average. They did good work. If the price could have been lower, that would have been nice.

Excellent and professional service. They sent a team of 6 and 2 trucks. We hung around and asked lots of questions. They were patient and explained their methods. Definitely experts. They were quick and efficient. We will use them again and recommend them. We chose Eds after getting 3 bids for good price and because they are a local family/female owned business. Alice did the estimate and advised us on what needed to be done.

Estimate was made very quickly, a time was agreed upon. The came on time, did the work properly.

They were slightly later than promised (15 minutes)...but they kept me informed about their arrival time. They brought a large team and completed the job very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned both my lawn and my neighbor's lawn, Great job

The job went very well. The crew were done in about 45 minutes. What I appreciate even more is that the crew cleaned up as many of the broken branches and sawdust as they could. Everyone was very professional. My only dislike was that the job was reschedule from the original date and I had to call them to see why no one had shown to cut down the tree. The second time around was much better, I just wish they could provide you with an ETA.

As the date of the service approached, I asked for an phone estimate for filling in the holes and one was provided, although I declined based on the additional cost. Once the crew showed up and we realized that more shrubs needed to be cleared out for the second stump to be ground down and I did not want that to happen. I wanted to redefine the project again to only grinding one stump. I was able to come to an realtime agreement over the phone with Alice on a new price. I was pleased with their flexibility to work with me and very happy with the quality of the job that the crew performed. I would definitely use Ed's Tree service again and would recommend them to anyone.
