 + 0 moreHe was very reliable, he shows up on time and he is very conscientious about his work. He works very hard and is very precise. I have him come in every year so that he can help me maintain my house.
Description of Work: He rebuilt the whole closet and installed the shelves and hanger rod. He also repair a couple of my appliances for me as well as fixed my tables.

 + -1 moreHis prices are reasonable. He's responsive in terms of calling back right away. There's another one I called but he never called back. He was very nice, responsive and knowledgeable. The reason that he did not do any work for me yet is because it's a busy season and he's totally booked up and I'm not in any hurry. He's a pretty popular guy.
Description of Work: Ed Lundquist came out and gave me a quote last May for a million different things, bathroom work and possible work on my doors.

 + 0 moreI really like his work. He is excellent and he comes in when he says. If he says he is going to be there at eight, he pulls right up at eight to start the work. He is very prompt. I pay him well and he tells me what he is going to charge me and then I have him do all these repairs, so that I don't have to call somebody in during the year. I am making a list now for next January. He is a great worker.
Description of Work: I call Ed Lunatico once a year to do all the work in my house. He does plumbing and he painted my shed, he fixed the toilet and he fixed the dishwasher.

 + -1 moreI have been using his services for about 10 years to do many projects around my home. He does an excellent job. He works efficiently and his work is of top quality. He is very dependable. He shows up when he tells you he will be there.
Description of Work: He came out to replace wood, paint and replace hardware on my shed. It looked new when he was finished. He also replaced a faucet and replaced the insides of my toilets. He repaired some fencing. He changed the face plate on an electrical outlet.
