We were quoted for the part we needed ($16 for a need garage door trim). The technician was at our house for 1 hour and we were charged just under $300. And, my husband had to help install the part. I reached out to the company and did not hear back from them about the labor costs. {For the record, the technician was very pleasant and he did a good job. But it was not $275 worth of work}.

Ben was a great technician and took time to explain all my options on the cable and spring replacement even though this was an emergency call at 8:30 pm. He also looked at the rest of the system and made sure the rails and door joints were oiled. Now they don t squeak! I highly recommend this company.

Forgot about my appointment but was still able to send someone over the same day. Price was higher than expected but work was done quick and correctly.

I was told arrival time would be 30-40 minutes. It was much longer (over 1 1/2 hours). But he did a fine job when got there. The real problem was the home advisor system. I had multiple companies contacting me and after I contracted with one, another called and lied, saying the locksmith in route did not work for company and saying he was coming instead. What a fiasco. I was at work and had just had a home break in. It was atrocious. I will not use home advisor again.

Josh was obviously good at his job. He replaced the lock for me and made sure it fit and worked properly. While he was very business oriented, he was still personable, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He did an excellent job installing the lock and I would not hesitate to request him again. I have used Home Advisor before on more than one occasion and that's because of people like Josh.

The gentleman came out to fix my situation with a key that broke off in my storm door. He was professional and absolutely terrific!!! pricing was very reasonable and knew his trade! He was so kind that he even gave me 2 replacement keys. I would recommend him to everyone and use him again if I needed. Thank You....

The company called promptly, and set up an appointment immediately. The service man was knowledgeable, courteous, and competent. He did not leave until he was satisfied that I was pleased with the work, and he made sure that I was comfortable with the new hardware. Initially, it was harder for me to turn the key in the lock than it was to maneuver the lock I was used to. He had helpful suggestions for me to use to accommodate my carpal tunnel problem when turning the key as well. Very professional.

Josh called 30 minutes before appointment, gave his name and asked about services requested. He arrived on time and his car was marked with company signage. We discussed the job needed, he gave me the quote and was able to do the work the same day which saved me from having to take another day off from work. (I originally scheduled for an estimate and thought I would have to take another day off for the installation). The job took less than a hour. He swept up after the job. I was able to use the first time customer's 20% off coupon from Home Advisor's website, after the price he quoted. Josh was professional and efficient. I would hire Eagle Locksmith again whenever I need a locksmith.

This business was very responsive once I completed a professional request through HomeAdvisor. The negatives were the customer representatives were unable to provide a quote you'll have to wait for the technician to provide a quote; the quote was not competitive to their competitors however, they did meet competitors price; after 1.5 months of service, I am unable to fully close my door after the installer replaced all locks (handle and deadbolt).
