We got a super-strong lock at a more than fair price. The key had broken off in the old lock, and Eagle came out right away to fix it and install the new one. Yaniv was really friendly, too!

Yaniv (the owner) actually came to my house and performed the work. He was very prompt (even with my short notice request). Although we had agreed on one price, it did change (once he actually saw the lock sets). He quickly reworked his quote (after proper visual inspection). Although more expensive (i had special circumstances), he did the work as a true professional. I would recommend/use again at any time.

Called to confirm appointment, then let me know that he was running a bit late due to traffic. Once arrived we agreed upon a price, he changed my front door locks and was done in a few minutes. Very satisfied with the service.

The locksmith was prompt, courteous, and skilled. The lock now works as well as it should. I believe it was way too expensive. The work took less than 15 minutes and I supplied the part.

I do not know how their prices compared with others because it seemed difficult to get estimates from others but the customer service was great and the individual was knowledgeable and explained the work needed to fix the problem.

Had to change locks for a new house we just bough, so of course money was tight. A few companies called me for them to come out. Almost a competition who can come out first. Eagle company said they were in the area and only 10 min out. But showed up after 45min. And another company said they were also coming but I got lost in the names. I called eagle company back to tell them I had others who would giveme a free estimate, and the operator was reproaching that thst wasn't fair to them. So I let it go and continued with them. id like to complain about pricing but there's no more space.
